This Lunar New Year, join us for an unforgettable celebration of food, tradition, and new beginnings at Auberge du Pommier! On Wednesday, January 29, from 5pm–9:30pm, we invite you to indulge in an exquisite multi-course menu that blends classic French cuisine with the vibrant flavours of the season.
Your evening will begin with refined canapés, including mimolette gougère and Kaviari caviar, followed by highlights such as Tartare de Bœuf and Atlantic Salmon with cider beurre blanc. Dessert will feature the classic Gâteau Opéra, followed by Petit Fours.
Menu: $225 per person (excludes gratuity & beverages). Enhance your dining experience with a carefully curated wine pairing for an additional $90 per person. Our à la carte menu and our Menu Dégustation will also be available.
Group Dining: For larger gatherings, we are pleased to offer group reservations of 10 to 24 guests online.
